These are personalised journeys of discovery, exploration and reinvention, tuned to specific individual needs and challenges. Our coaches bring a rich experience in arts techniques and business insights that motivate and unlock change. The entire course offers a diagnostic (including psychometric tests and interviews), 8-18 individual sessions and a personal action plan. These personalised coaching programmes are ideally sustained over 4-6 months, with each individual following their own learning trajectory with support from TAQ’s team of experts.

Catalysing performance

These are personalized journeys of discovery, exploration and reinvention, tuned to
specific individual needs and challenges. The three point agenda of the coaching
process is to:

a) Strengthen the coachee’s critical leadership skills in the behavioural domain
(e.g. speech, voice, listening, emotional management, etc.)
b) Offer different perspectives (this is often done using psychometric tools such
as Hogan Assessments or the MBTI, case studies, experience sharing and
homework assignments)
c) Build the capability of taking a bird’s eye view of one’s own performance and
course correcting in the moment (this comes through exercises developed
from the performing arts)

Sparking ideas

These are inspiring experiences (presentations or performances) followed by facilitated discussions, designed to generate new thought and ideas. Effective as a way to introduce a best practice or a dialogue, the sessions are typically 1-4 hours long and have an audience capacity of 50 pax.
