A business strategy specialist with a passion for the arts, her background includes a Masters in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a former position as a McKinsey and Co. business consultant. This is juxtaposed by her years of training as a professional Odissi dancer and her active work in the NGO sector.

Swati is certified to use Hogan Assessments and has completed the Team Up Triad coaching programme run by the Asian Leadership Institute.

She strongly believes that a combination of arts practices, organizational insights and practical experience ensures that TAQ’s programmes have a deep impact and sustained behavioural results.
